It really is amazing, I've seen it in use a few times its really unexplainable, crazy shit

I read a lengthy article in Popular Science I believe while having new tires put on my car. Didn't really read it for any other reason than I was bored as shit and it took them FOREVER to change my tires.

Anyways, its a cool concept in theory. One of the examples the article was mentioning is how you can sell your items through Z-Corp's website. People can shop for them online and have it printed out at the nearest store that has the necessary printer. Their goal is to have these printers all over the world. One of their examples was a wooden lamp base (it did look pretty sweet). You would print it out and all the pieces would fit together. For the merchant it is sweet because there is virtually no overhead. All you are really selling is the plans for the printer to print the right pieces. It theory it seems like a pretty cool concept, but a very unpracticle in its current form...
